Track time spent on tasks with Apollo’s built-in time tracking. Use the live timer for real-time tracking or add manual entries after the fact.Timer Widget
A persistent timer widget is available in the interface. Click Start to begin tracking time against a selected task.- Start/Stop — one-click toggle
- Task selection — choose which task you’re working on
- Live counter — see elapsed time in real-time
Manual Time Entry
Add time entries manually from any task’s detail page under the Time Tracking tab:- Duration — hours and minutes
- Date — when the work was performed
- Description — optional notes
Time Summary
View aggregated time data:- Per task — total time logged on a specific task
- Per project — total time across all tasks in a project
- Per user — your personal time log
AI Brain Integration
Apollo Brain can manage time tracking via natural language:- “Start a timer on task TASK-42”
- “Log 2 hours on the API migration task for today”
- “Show my time summary for this week”
