Sign Up

Navigate to apol.dev and create your account with email and password.

Confirm Email

Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your account.

Create or Join an Organization

After logging in, create a new organization or accept an invitation to join an existing one.

Your First Project

Create a Project

Navigate to Projects in the sidebar and click New Project. Give it a name and optional description.

Create Your First Task

Go to Tasks and click New Task. Fill in the title, assign it to yourself, and set a priority.
You can also create tasks using natural language! Click the NLP button and type something like “Create a high priority task to set up the database schema, assign it to me, due next Friday”.

Explore the Kanban Board

Your tasks appear on the Kanban board organized by status. Drag and drop tasks between columns to update their status.

Meet Apollo Brain

Apollo Brain is your AI assistant, accessible from any page via the floating button in the bottom-right corner. Try asking it:
